How do I browse the MapleMusic site?
On the top part of your screen are links that will lead you to more detailed pages:

Artist Index - MapleMusic artists are broken up alphabetically. If you know the name of an artist, click on the appropriate alphabetical category to reveal a list of artists. From there you can go directly to the artist of your choice to view biography, discography, concert listings, merchandise sold through MapleMusic and links to official websites.
MapleMusic Newsletter - the MapleMusic mailing list allows us to send you updates on what artists have joined the site, new releases, and upcoming profiles. Rest assured, MapleMusic will not sell this information to third parties. Click here to view MapleMusic's privacy policy.
Order History - you can view your order and whether it has been processed. Your previous orders will be listed or can be looked up by order number.
FAQ - the FAQ link points to this page you're reading now in case you need to come back to check something out.
About Us - this talks about who and what MapleMusic is. This page provides information for fans and artists who want to join MapleMusic, our mailing address and phone number are listed as well.
Shopping Basket - as you browse the site you may choose to add a product to your shopping basket. Clicking the menu item Shopping Basket will reveal a list of your products with the option to Checkout and purchase these products.
How do I purchase merchandise on MapleMusic?

We use the common e-commerce analogy of a shopping basket. As you browse MapleMusic you will often come across merchandise for sale accompanied by an Add to Basket button. Clicking the button will take you to your personal shopping basket where that item will be listed. You can then choose to continue shopping (by browsing in any way you wish) or you can 'checkout'. Checking out will lead you through a series of pages so that we can collect your shipping info (where you are shipping the items to) and your billing info (credit card and cardholder info). After this process your purchase will be complete and you'll be shown an order which you can choose to print if you wish. Keep your order # handy to track the shipping status of your order.
How are our e-commerce transactions secured?

We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption provided by Verisign. The most advanced Web security available, this ensures all your personal details are encrypted while in transmission.
Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
When I ordered some merchandise from your site I noticed that I was charged in Canadian dollars, why is that? is a Canadian website, therefore the prices listed are in Canadian dollars. We also list estimated conversions in US dollars and Euros. Please note that these are only estimated amounts. Your credit card company will make the conversion to the appropriate currency.
I would like to know what the shipping charges will be before I decide to make a purchase, how can I find this out?

Our shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel, as well as the type of service you select. These prices will be calculated and made available to you before you make your actual purchase. The best way to view your shipping options and prices is to go through the site as if you were going to make a purchase and you will be able to see what your options are without having to give any credit card information.
How will my merchandise be shipped to me?

eParcel uses Canada Post's Eparcel service. You will have several delivery options to choose from depending on how quickly you would like your package to arrive.

All items shipped within Canada, via all available delivery options, are delivered through Canada Post.
All items shipped to the United States via Xpresspost, Expedited, Air Parcel, or Surface Parcel service, are delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All items shipped to a destination outside of Canada or USA via Xpresspost, Air Parcel, or Surface Parcel service will be delivered by the foreign postal administration in the destination country.
All Priority US/International shipments are delivered via FedEx.

International Shipping
Please note that all orders are shipped from our office in Canada, and any items mailed to foreign countries are subject to customs inspection. We provide customs information on all international packages to help your order clear customs in a timely manner, but any customs delays are out of our control. If you still have not received your order within the estimated delivery time provided for the service you have selected, please e-mail [email protected], or if you are in North America you can call us toll free at 1-877-944-5144.

Customs Charges
Items mailed to foreign countries may be subject to customs duties or fees. is not responsible for any fees applied to your order. If any customs duties or fees are applied to your order, it is the recipient's responsibility to pay for these charges. Unfortunately, cannot predict or calculate these charges. To find out whether any customs charges will be applied to your order upon delivery, please contact your local post office or customs office.
MapleMusic's Shipping Return Policy

All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). If your order arrived damaged please return it right away so we can send you a replacement.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail. In the case of a customer giving an insufficient or incorrect address and the package being returned, the customer will be charged to resend the package to the correct address.
