War Child Canada is dedicated to helping war-affected children all over the world.

Founded in 1999, War Child Canada has been active in generating awareness, support and action for children’s rights everywhere. We are helping children right now in Afghanistan, Iraq, Darfur (Sudan), Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Northern Uganda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Sri Lanka.

We aim to reach as many Canadians as possible with our awareness raising work. War Child Canada youth programming empowers young Canadians to become effective leaders in local, national and international arenas, and mobilizes them on Canada’s global priorities.
