Austin Belle

With a blend of Country and Pop/Rock backgrounds, Vancouver-based country duo Austin Belle is equipped with the perfect combination of well-written songs and talented musicians. Lead guitarist and songwriter, Jesse Wainwright, hails from the hitmaking, award-winning rock band State of Shock, lending his musical skills and incredible stage presence to the group. Wainwright is balanced by lead singer and songwriter, Stacey McKitrick; a JUNO award-winning artist already known to the Country world for her extraordinary vocals. Together, they create a sound that can only be described as magical. Along with a talented backing band, their catchy songs and energetic stage show leave audiences wanting more.

Combined, they have had the opportunity to perform with notable acts Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Great Big Sea, and more. They have won numerous awards, including a JUNO for ‘Single of the Year’; Canadian Radio Music Awards for ‘Rock Song of the Year’ and ‘Adult Contemporary Song of the Year’; an Indie Award for ‘Independent Single of the Year’; and a Western Canadian Music Award for ‘Rock Recording of the Year’.

Austin Belle have just finished recording their debut EP, Just Drive, with the help of producer Jeff Johnson (Small Town Pistols, Wes Mack, Chemical Cowboys, Faber Drive) and are incredibly excited for the release.

“We are very proud of the record we have written and produced and can't wait for the rest of the world to hear it. Each track reflects on a moment or time in our lives, and we are so ecstatic to have an awesome team behind us, to help Austin Belle launch into people's lives, and have our experiences resonate with them through our music!"

Just Drive will be released via Cordova Bay Records on September 16th, 2014.

Austin Belle are continuing to open doors at every opportunity, so keep your eyes on them – they are a talented force to be reckoned with, determined to rise to the top!
